I've had a herniated disc for many years and have seen many different doctors in the past, but this is the first time the pain hasn't returned, Dr Rishi's treatment and exercise routines have been a great benefit.
I would recommend anyone with back pain to give the Spine and Joint Centre a call. It's just a pity that I will be moving home and won't be able to return!
